My Story
My journey into the world of coaching began with my own quest to understand myself. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent, I know exactly what it feels like to live in a world that isn't always built for your brain — the feeling of always having to "fix" yourself, masking, and burning out trying to fit in.
Once I finally understood my own brain, everything changed. It was no longer about fitting into boxes, but about building a life that actually works for me. This liberation is what I now help others achieve.
We start from the whole of you
You are more than a diagnosis and more than the challenges you bring. Your everyday life, your relationships, your experiences and your wishes all matter for what makes sense to work on.
That is what a holistic approach means at Love U First: we look at the connections in your life and adapt the conversation to you. Sometimes the next step is a concrete change in your everyday life. At other times we begin by understanding why something is difficult and what you need.
You do not have to fit into a particular method. Together we explore what is relevant for you.
My Approach
My approach is holistic. That means we look at all of you. We don't just work with strategies and tools (though those matter), but with the nervous system, self-worth, and your inner dialogue.
We draw on coaching, neuroscience, and somatic grounding (such as Reiki) to create a programme that actually works for your brain — not against it.
