Here you will find the current prices for coaching and Reiki at Love U First. Coaching is for young people and adults with ADHD, autism and AuDHD and takes place online or in person in Frederiksberg.
Coaching – choose your sessions
Book the number of sessions that suits your needs. Each coaching session lasts 45 minutes, and the content starts from you and your challenges.
You save 20% compared with 10 individual sessions.
A free 30-minute introductory call to explore whether we are the right fit.
A conversation with room for what matters right now. We start from your situation and explore what you would like support with.
A shorter programme with room to explore your challenges and follow up on what we work on.
A longer programme with more room to work with your themes and return to them along the way.
The 10-session package includes the books 27 Easy Daily Steps to Enhance Your Happiness and Flower Mandala Coloring Book for Adults.
Reiki Healing
A 1.5-hour Reiki Healing Therapy session (Usui Shiki Ryoho). Supports the whole person — physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
Three 1.5-hour Reiki Healing sessions. Build a deeper connection and support your body's natural healing.
